Principles of raw food

Keep you bodies ph as alkaline as possible as this is the hardest environment for disease to thrive in. This is done through eating living foods.This is vegetables that aren't cooked. Cooking veggies destroys all their enzymes.

The bad news

You will be saying good by to all processed and cooked foods
It will challenge allot of information you have been told.

The good news

It tastes very good and you pallet will change.
You will feel very energised .
Many people have also reversed cancers with raw diets

Growing vegtables is really good fun I have an allotment I will remember it and have taken lots of pictures of it.

Unfortunatly the council in Oxted where I live are knocking down our allotment to build more houses. Im sure we need more houses but I cant see why they cant be built somewhere else.
Any how as of Dec 2007 no more allotment. I have kept myself in salad greens and root veg all of this year from my £15.00 a year allotment. I have been growing on it for 3 years now so I will miss it a lot.

This is a tune it just came to mind one morning in my last flat. Its a bit of a bizare story of murder and conversations with a moth.

Winter - station platform

A penguin says to a fish "What Sea are you in "?
The fish says "This Sea"
The penguin pauses then raises his flipper "I'm going to the sea"
The penguin says "its nice to have meet you" and walks off.

She had no face on the front of her head.
She could rotate her head a full 360° on her shoulders.
All 3 of her bodies stood up.
She left the waiting room they all went onto the platform.

Later I was standing on the train.
The woman next to me had an eel in he bag.
It was thrashing around knotting its spine in her white material bag.
It kept moving around on my leg.
Eels can survive out of water for ages.
All eels migrate to the Sargasso Sea and eels have spines
I have seen one with no head on a fish mongers slab.

Before then on the platform you could look all the way down the railway track.
It was totally straight.
If I was a gazelle?
I would place my focus solely on the point where the track meets the horizon.
Then I would run towards that point along the track.
This would be the only thought of priority in my mind.
My precise gazelle legs stretching out in front of me then behind me.
As is the way of gazelles running.

Back on the platform it is full of silent people standing waiting for trains.
At night their bodies will shut down and they will go to sleep.
And they too will go back to the sea.
